Tiger – is not an enemy, but a friend?

Мы и мир

Amur tiger – is a treasure of Russia. But why do we treat them so cruelly?
We live in Russia. Our country has the largest territory in the world. And the biggest tiger- Amur tiger- who has mastered life in the snow, lives only here, on the edge of our country, in the Primorsky Territory. No one other country has such tiger, but still the number of tigers decreases every year. Ussuri tiger lives in eleven reserves and national parks of Primorye and Khabarovsk edges. But even in this area there are those people who want to do everything in order to get the skin of the biggest cats.
We have never thought about the life of sea cow, the saber-toothed tiger and quagga trapped in the book of extinct animals by humans. Yes, their disappearance did not affect our destiny, but the fact that the number of extinct animals increases, should serve us as a warning — we can also disappear some day! A man has his things to do and his needs, as well as a tiger, but the difference is we live, and tigers survive.
Even the animals know friendship. Shkotovsky tiger became friends with a goat, which was brought to him to be devoured in Seaside safari park in Primorye area. Unusual animal friendship grows stronger with each passing day, in day time Amur and Timur walk together.
So put down your gun and try to understand, maybe Tiger is not your enemy, but your friend?
