Moscow. The project «Our home – is Earth»

The project of painting and photography «Our home – is Earth» was launched in the library of district number 140 Biryulyovo-Vostochnoe. The proekt is dedicated to the Year of the Future Ecology. As part of the project, the exhibition of art and crafts works, «We love nature» and «In the animal world,» as well as the exposition of photos «Volcanoes of Kamchatka» and «Summer landscapes of Russia» of the head of the «World in Focus» Svetlana Sarycheva were held as well. Olga Fomicheva, the employee RGBI Institute also presented her personal artwork «Four Seasons» and painting on glass «Our favorite pets.» The guests were shown some slide films about Biruliovsky arboretum made by the pupil of school N 508, and the poetry concert «Russian poets of the nature» performed by local college students. The librarian Elena Ablyahova held a master class on arts and crafts. The opening of the exhibitions was attended by members of the District Council of Veterans. They gave certificates to all participants.
Another event in the framework of the project took place in the library on the street Lebedyanskaya. The war and labor veterans, as well as members of the District Council of Veterans also came to the presentation of the project. The library visitors attended the exhibition of arts and crafts, «In the world of animals» and «We love nature,» the exhibition of photographs of the head of the «World in Focus» Svetlana Sarycheva, as well as exhibition of painting «Four Seasons» and the exhibition of painting on glass «Our favorite pets.» Guests have not only been acquainted with the exposition of the photo exhibition, but also became spectators of the concert «Russian poets of the nature», made by the students of College of Faberge.
