30 Crimean school children played the role of municipal employees

In the city of Kerch, the city’s educational project for young people «Young Leader’s School» was completed. The founder of the project is the Kerch local branch of the Crimean Republican Organization of the All-Russian Public Organization «Young Guard».
For 6 days, 30 children could feel like a real municipal employees, listen to a short course of lectures, such as: management psychology, public speaking, physiognomy, motivation, time management, municipal government making, City Council and Kerch administration, Conflict, etc. They had an opportunity to talk with deputies of the City Council (Kerch) and deputies of the State Council (Simferopol). This project could not do without training for teambuilding, where the participants showed themselves from different sides.
Then the children were given the opportunity to choose the department where they will practice. During the practice, many of the participants had time to propose new ideas for the development of the city, and some children liked the work so much that they decided to devote their destiny to it in the future.
At the end of the project, all participants received certificates of practice in the city council and a lecture course. All the children were delighted with the project and got only good impressions!
