In the Perm region, the implementation of the project «Information Debate Club» Cicero-Hall «was completed. For three months, Ynpress journalists traveled five territories, talked about the culture of the dispute and presented a new format of the debate.
During the three autumn months, representatives of Ynpress-Perm traveled the Perm region to tell the municipalities in the region about the new «Ynpress» format of the debate.
The representatives of Perm, Perm district, Solikamsk, Berezniki and Elovo village got acquainted with the updated method of discussion. The participants were able to discuss important contemporary topics, as well as practice their oratory skills and learn how to correctly formulate and present their own thoughts.
The project was implemented by ANCO «Ynpress-Perm» with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Perm Krai.
