The gala concert «Christmas Tale» by Svetlana Feodulova took place in Moscow, whose audience not only could hear the highest voice on the planet, but also witnessed the new world record.
On December 19, Svetlana Feodulova, the owner of the highest voice in the world, who is in the Guinness Book of Records, performed at the stage of the State Kremlin Palace. Under the accompaniment of the symphony orchestra, the opera diva delighted the audience with excerpts from the famous works «The Barber of Seville», «The Love Potion», as well as the famous «Fly Out on the Wings of the Wind» and «Ave Maria». As during her performance on the Voice-2 project, she performed the aria of the Olympia doll, standing on the pointe shoes, which became a good tradition. The culmination of the concert was a new world record: Svetlana performed the «Turkish March» by Wolfgang Mozart in just 2 minutes and 47 seconds, which is the fastest performance of this work! And this was already the second record of the owner of the coloratura soprano: the first she made in 2010 in the category «The highest female voice in the world».
Also there were other well-known opera singers on the stage — Olga Leman-Balashova, Ilya Yudichev and Artur Kirillov. Guests of the program were Bolshoi ballet dancers — Diana Kosyreva and Andrey Merkuriev. Musical accompaniment was provided by Moscow Symphony Orchestra «Russian Philharmonic» (bandmaster Anton Paisov) and a choir led by Maria Struve.
