The Day of the City was held in Irkutsk. Irkutsk celebrated 357 marvellous years.
Despite the very hot weather, 10 thousand people marched almost 2.5km in parade suits, from Karl Marx Street to Yunost Island, where there was a concert with the participation of music bands and stars of Russian show business. The main event for Irkutsk was the annual fireworks, which began exactly at 11pm on June 2.
