MIRACLES FOR ALL
Everybody, without exception, is dreaming of a miracle. And we will not just dream. We are going to do miracles ourselves!
The Youth Council of the City V.Volochek believes that the New Year’s holiday spirit is to go to the house of each person. We are all waiting for a miracle, and it must happen! An actor in a costume of Santa Claus should be visiting some people, mother and father should give toys to others. But the smell of tangerines is not in everybody`s house … There are those families in which to buy a present for a child – is a luxury. That is why the members of the association supported the country-wide campaign of charity. We collected toys and sweets at all schools of the city.
The campaign started in our city on December 8. A school has already given candies and toys to young children, other schools will do the same soon too. But how many presents were given by the children themselves!
When we — young volunteers, moved all the presents in one place, we were surprised. It looked like a real fairy-tale! Everywhere were shiny candy wrappers, toys, and a Christmas cacophony of sounds … Like if we came to the headquarters of Santa Claus!
